eParaksts mobile is a modern and secure e-identity verification tool that you can use for work on the eParaksts.lv portal, as well as for e-identity verification in other information systems throughout the European Union.

Signing Documents: Sign documents with a secure electronic signature on the eParaksts.lv portal. This can be done once you have verified your identity on the portal using eParaksts mobile. Documents signed with a secure electronic signature on the eParaksts.lv portal are legally equivalent to paper-based signatures.

E-Identity Verification: You can use eParaksts mobile to verify your e-identity on the eParaksts.lv portal and in other information systems in Latvia and other European Union countries where this feature is supported.

Getting Started: To use the application, register on the eParaksts.lv portal. Initial registration can also be completed even if you do not use eParaksts by using your internet banking access data. Once you have applied to receive eParaksts mobile, a courier will visit you at no cost to sign an agreement for using eParaksts. You will then complete the registration on the eParaksts mobile portal and can start signing documents electronically. If you are a user of an eID card or an eParaksts card, receive eParaksts.lv fully remotely - submit your data on the eParaksts.lv portal, sign the agreement on the portal with your eID card, download the application, and start using eParaksts mobile.

In order to comply with the security requirements of the European Union Regulation (eIDAS), devices using the eParaksts mobile application must provide a secure physical memory area - Trusted Execution Environment (TEE).

To use eParaksts mobile, you will need to know your eParaksts mobile user number as well as your e-identity PIN.
